The fee for inspection services rendered by a full-time City Inspector on any type of improvements including subdivision improvements performed in the City including but not limited to inspections of sanitary sewers, water or storm sewer improvements, gas lines, underground telephone conduit, paving and sidewalk construction shall be at the prevailing rate as established by the City Engineer and approved by Council.
