1390.05 LANDS TO WHICH THESE REGULATIONS APPLY.

These regulations shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the City of Richmond Heights as identified in Section 1390.06, including any additional areas of special flood hazard annexed by the City of Richmond Heights.
