Except as herein provided, yard, area and bulk requirements shall be regulated as set forth in Chapter 1173
.
(a) In an RMF-1 District, garages or other accessory buildings shall be located not less than fifty feet from a side or rear property line where such property line abuts a multiple-family zoning district or a nonresidential zoning district.
(b) The minimum distance between any two buildings within any RMF-1 District shall be regulated by the building distance formula set forth in Section 1147.07
. In no event shall the distance between buildings be less than fifty feet.
