1113.15 PLANNING COMMISSION TO SET ACTUAL STANDARDS.

All minimum standards contained in this chapter shall be subject to determination by the Planning Commission of the actual standards to be met. The Planning Commission shall consider the advice and recommendation of the Engineer in doing so.
