1113.06 SIDEWALKS.

The Planning Commission shall require that sidewalks be constructed on one or both sides of streets irrespective of the width of lot, where they are essential to pedestrian movement and safety. Sidewalks shall be constructed in all instances along secondary or main highways as indicated in the Major Street Plan and these Regulations.
