The final plat of the subdivision, when approved by the Council, shall have such approval endorsed thereon. Such tracing shall be retained by the Municipality until it is delivered to the County Recorder for record and until the subdivider has furnished one photolithoprint or other acceptable reproduction for the record file of the Engineer. All fees required in connection with the recording or reproduction of the plat shall be paid by the subdivider.
