1109.06 STREETS MUST BE APPROVED BY COUNCIL BEFORE ENGINEER APPROVES PLAT.

The Engineer shall not approve a plat constituting an acceptance of a street for public use by the Municipality as provided in Ohio R.C. 711.091 until such time as Council has enacted an ordinance accepting such street for public use by the Municipality.
