The following rules and regulations shall govern the use of the Parks and/or the adjacent picnic and parking facilities.
(a) Any devices, such as electrical, plumbing or otherwise, brought on or added by the organization or persons using the Parks, may be added or connected only with the permission of the Director of Public Service and Properties or the Mayor.
(b) Vehicular parking for members of groups using the Parks shall be limited to the parking areas designated.
(c) All youth activities shall be adequately chaperoned with adult supervision at a minimum ratio of one adult for every twenty children or, if the Administrative Authority so determines, a lesser number of children per adult chaperone.
(d) Any permit issued shall be governed by the current set of rules established by the City. A copy shall be provided with each permit issued.
(e) Rowdyism, disorderly conduct, excessive noise, discourteous behavior of attendees toward others, including City employees, and malicious destruction of property in or about the Parks are hereby prohibited. At the sole discretion of the Administrative Authority, such actions may result in the denial of future use of the Parks by the permit holders and/or attendees involved in such actions.
(f) The maximum capacity of the facilities when used pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be as determined by the Administrative Authority.
(g) The Administrative Authority has the discretion to designate certain areas of the Parks for picnicking, games and other activities by a sanctioned organization that is subject to the permit required by this chapter.
(h) Sanctioned organizations that are subject to the permit required by this chapter are also subject to all other park regulations of the City, including but not limited to Section 151.05.
