953.01 DEFINITIONS.

   As used in this chapter:

   (a)   "Meeting" means an assembly for the sole purpose of conducting business.

   (b)   "Engagement" means any activity, including meetings.

   (c)   "Resident" means, with respect to an individual, an applicant who lives in the City or is a full-time employee of the School Board or City of Richmond Heights.

   (d)   "Sanctioned organization" means a group or organization as defined in Section 953.02 .

   (e)   "Lodge" means the City-owned and operated community building located at the north end of Richmond Heights Park known as the Kiwanis Lodge. The Kiwanis Lodge contains the following distinct rentable spaces:

      (1)   South Wing: The original building, called the Kiwanis Hall;

      (2)   North Wing: The upper level, being the 1978/1979 addition, called the Senior Hall;

      (3)   Basement: The lower level of the 1978/1979 addition.

   (f)   "Administrative Authority" means the Richmond Heights Mayor or his designated representative.
