§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of any provision of this chapter for which there is no penalty stated, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of § 92.01 shall constitute a Class 4 misdemeanor.  Subsequent to the 30-day period following notification of violation, each day of violation shall constitute a separate violation.
