§ 35.098 USE OF TRANSIENT NET TAX PROCEEDS.
   (A)   The net proceeds from the transient tax shall be used for the purposes as are set forth in the Kentucky Revised Statutes governing the creation and operation of tourism and convention commissions.
   (B)   The Tourism Department shall receive the transient tax proceeds 30 days after received by the Department of Finance of the City of Richmond.
