§ 35.188 POWERS AND DUTIES.

(A) The Housing Authority shall evaluate and accept all policy and procedural issues involving Section 8 Housing Development before being presented to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

(B) The Housing Authority shall be vested with all powers granted to Housing Authority Boards in KRS Chapter 80.
