(A) Housing Authority shall initially conduct regular monthly meetings on the second Thursday of the month at 2:00 p.m. (the “regular meeting”), but the Housing Authority shall have the power to change these meeting times as they see fit, but are not to meet less than quarterly.
(B) The regular meetings shall take place in the conference room on the first floor, in Richmond City Hall, 239 West Main Street, Richmond, Kentucky.
(C) All meetings shall be open to the public.
