(A) Any person violating any provisions of § 131.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500, or imprisoned not less than 30 days or more than 12 months, or both. Section 131.01 shall not apply to any offense which is a felony under the Kentucky Revised Statutes.

(B) All other violations of this chapter shall be punishable according to § 10.99 of this code.
