§ 118.02 SALE OF LIVESTOCK, AND THE LIKE, ON STREETS; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale or otherwise dispose of any cattle, horses, mules, sheep or other livestock on the public streets, commons, or alleys, of the city except by special permission of the Commission.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale or otherwise dispose of any shingles, posts, corn, hay, oats or other things loaded upon wagons, trucks or other conveyances, upon the public streets of the city, except by special permission of the Commission.
   (C)   Nothing in the foregoing paragraphs shall be construed so as to repeal or modify regulations as to stockyards and herding of stock or cattle for sale on the streets.
