§ 96.01 DRIVEWAYS NOT TO INTERFERE WITH FLOW OF WATER IN STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any premises in the city having a driveway entrance from the street to construct or to maintain said driveway in such manner as to obstruct to any degree the free flow of storm water along the street gutter in front of said premises.
