(A) In the event that a violation of § 113.02 occurs, the Chief of Police or any other citizen may prefer charges against the holder of the occupational license pursuant to the applicable city ordinance, and after notice, a hearing held by the City Commission, the occupational license may either be suspended or revoked.
(B) In the event that three or more violations of § 113.02 occur at a business establishment within a 12 month period, after notice and hearing by the City Commission, the City Commission may revoke the occupational license.
