§ 90.06 REGULATIONS ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
   No person shall ride or drive or otherwise permit or cause any horse, mule, cow or cattle, or vehicle, to be on any sidewalk or crossing, except in crossing same to or from premises inside the sidewalk into which such person may with such animal or vehicle lawfully enter; nor shall they permit or cause any such animal or vehicle to remain on any sidewalk or crossing; nor shall they ride or drive any animal, either attached to a vehicle or otherwise in any of the streets of the city in a faster gait than a moderate trot, nor shall any person in turning corners or going through alleys ride or drive faster than a slow trot.
