§ 71.72 WITHDRAWAL OF DESIGNATION OF RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT AREA.
   Following the City Commission's vote to withdraw the designation of an existing residential parking permit area, the City Manager shall mail to every residence within the existing residential parking permit area, a notice of the City Commission's withdrawal of the designation. Said notice shall specify the effective date of the withdrawal of the designation, which shall be 30 days following the date of the City Commission's affirmative vote to withdraw the designation. No public meeting, petitions or other documentation shall be required to support the City Commission's decision to withdraw the designation.
