§ 71.71 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR VISITORS.
   Each recipient of a residential parking permit will receive two visitor parking permits which shall be used only as a courtesy for individuals visiting a resident that has been issued a residential parking permit. For the purposes of this regulation, the resident shall be the holder of and responsible for the use and misuse of visitor parking permits issued to them.
