§ 71.65 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RESIDENT. Individuals owning or renting property in a residential parking permit area.
   RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT. Permits issued by the city, Kentucky that identifies the individual to whom the permit is issued and the street for which it is to be used. Permits will be issued by the Finance Office and shall cost $1 per year.
   RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT AREA. A residential area where curbside parking exists on a public street, road and highway whereby the City Commission so designated, by official action the street or area as a residential parking permit area.
   RESIDENTIAL PARKING SPACE. Twenty linear feet of curb, marked and designated for residential parking.
   RESIDENTIAL (VISITOR) PARKING PERMIT. Permits issued by the city that identifies the individual to whom is using the permit as a visitor of a residential parking permit holder. Visitor permits will be issued by the Finance Office.
