§ 71.10 SALES OF MERCHANDISE; CHIEF OF POLICE MAY GIVE PERMIT.
   Vehicles or receptacles carrying any fruits, vegetables, melons or any other kind of merchandise for display or retail sale may be allowed by the Chief of Police to stand or station such vehicle or receptacles at a point designated by him, but not for a period of more than one day at any one point consecutively.
