§ 71.09 MERCHANDISE NOT TO BE PLACED IN STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful to place fruits, vegetables, melons or any other kind of merchandise on any street or sidewalk in the city for the purpose of display, advertising, sale or trade, except that merchants using buildings or store-rooms may use not more than three feet out from such building or store-room for the purpose of displaying wares that are for sale inside said building or storeroom.
