§ 71.03 LEAKING VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park automobiles, trucks, or other motor driven vehicles or conveyances upon the asphalt streets of the city, if said vehicle leaks or drips oil or gasoline on said streets.
