§ 71.02 VEHICLES TO STOP BEFORE ENTERING BOULEVARDS.
   (A)   All vehicles before turning from another street into one of the above mentioned boulevards shall come to a full stop and then proceed into the boulevard.
   (B)   All vehicles using a boulevard that crosses or intersects with Main Street shall come to a full stop before crossing or turning into Main Street.
