§ 70.24 ALL PASSENGERS MUST RIDE IN SEATS; ONLY THREE IN FRONT SEAT.

It shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor vehicle to permit or carry any person on the outside of the regular seating enclosure of the motor vehicle he operates on the streets of this city. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor vehicle to permit, besides himself more than two persons to ride on the front seat of any motor vehicle that he operates on the streets of this city.
