§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter or of any traffic schedules shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who owns, operates or permits to be operated any truck in violation of §§ 70.75 through 70.77 shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.

   (C)   Any pedestrian who shall violate the provisions of § 70.11 shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each violation.
