Automobiles, wagons, buggies, or other such vehicles meeting on the streets of the city shall bear to the right and give the other one-half of the street, or as much thereof as possible; when a fast moving vehicle overtakes one of slower movements the latter shall bear to the right so as to permit the other to pass on the left side.
