§ 54.03  VOLUME LIMITS.
   (A)   For purposes of this section, WHOLESALES PURCHASERS shall include Kingston-Terrill Water District, Waco Water District, Kirksville Water District, Milford Water District, Whitehall Water District, and any other water districts of a similar nature and purpose.
   (B)   The following maximum volume limits shall be imposed on each district:

   (C)   The Utility Board shall establish an allocation of water for each wholesale customer using the calculations set forth in division (B) above, with monthly volumes determined by an average of the most current 12 months from the Water, Gas and Sewerage Works sales records.
   (D)   If a water district exceeds its volume limits, charges for excess amounts will be determined in accordance with § 54.01.  Allocation of volumes in this section are effective only when included as part of a current water sale contract between the wholesaler and the Water, Gas and Sewerage Works. Otherwise, allocations will remain as specified in existing contracts, or in those cases where no allocation is specified in existing contracts, the allocation will be set at the current 12 month average.
