§ 52.02 TRANSPORTATION OF GAS.
   (A)   The Utilities Board is authorized to enter in to contracts with customers, using natural gas in the amount of 1,000 MCF or more per month, to transport natural gas purchased by those customers from third parties, transporting the gas from the point of delivery to the city-owned system to the customer’s site.
   (B)   The city Water, Gas and Sewerage Works shall not be responsible for providing back-up gas service to its transportation customers.
   (C)   Customers requiring transportation services shall be required to install monitoring devices as mandated by the city Water, Gas and Sewerage Works.
   (D)   The rate to be charged to customers for transportation service shall be $1.70 per MCF.
   (E)   Rates established herein shall be applied to all bills mailed on or after April 1, 2020.
