§ 51.10 CONSTRUCTION WASTE.

All waste resulting from construction, demolition or remodeling shall be promptly removed from the city and disposed of in accordance with the law. The responsibility for the removal of such waste material shall be upon the individual responsible for the construction, demolition or remodeling or his agent.
