§ 50.02 GAS AND WATER CONNECTIONS; NECESSARY NOTIFICATION.

Any person making installations of gas or water services on any premises in the city shall, before turning on gas or water, notify the Richmond Water and Gas Company of such services, giving them the location of such property and the name of occupant.
