§ 37.01 AUTHORITY OF MAYOR AND FIRE CHIEF TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY.
   The Mayor and Fire Chief are hereby authorized to enter into that agreement approved by the Commission in Resolution 238 dated October 16, 1973 with Madison County.
