(A) The Board shall be composed of five people appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Commission by city order. All members of the Board shall serve without compensation.
(B) The term of each appointed member shall be for four years, except that the original terms of the appointed members shall be one member for one year, one member for two years, one member for three years, and two members for four years.
(C) A member of the Board of Commissioners shall serve as a liaison between the Communications Systems Advisory Board and the Board of Commissioners.
(D) Vacancies shall be filled in the same manner as regular appointments and for the unexpired term(s).
(E) Appointed members of the Board may be removed by the Board of Commissioners for inefficiency, neglect of duty, conflict of interest, or absence at three consecutive meetings.
