§ 35.081 ELECTION OF OFFICERS.

The Commission shall elect a chairman and vice-chairman, a secretary-treasurer, and such other officers as it deems necessary. The chairman of the Commission shall appoint such committee as the Commission may deem necessary in order to carry out its functions.
