§ 35.076 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMISSION. The Commission on Human Rights.
   COMMISSIONER. A member of the Commission.
   DISCRIMINATION. Any direct or indirect act or practice of exclusion, distinction, restriction, segregation, limitation, refusal, denial or any other act or practice or differentiation or preference in the treatment of a person because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age or physical disability of any type.
