§ 35.026 RESPONSIBILITIES.

   The Department of Finance, and its Director, shall be responsible for the following:

   (A)   Collection of revenues;

   (B)   Disbursements;

   (C)   Accounting;

   (D)   Financial reporting;

   (E)   Budgetary control and assistance in budget preparation; and

   (F)   All other matters of a fiscal nature and the problems relating thereto.
