§ 35.013 ADJUSTMENT TO FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS.
   Because some of the future programs and functions of the Community Development Department are not clearly definable at this point in time, the City Commission may adjust to future developments by restructuring the organization of, and the position within, the Community Development Department as they deem necessary.
