(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Violation of any of the provisions of §§ 111.01 through 111.04 of this chapter by any person shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, a violator shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days. Each and every violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
