§ 92.10 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The Chief of Police may revoke any permit granted for a parade for the following causes:
   (A)   The substantial violation of this chapter or the terms and conditions of the permit; or
   (B)   The violation of other laws by those participating in the parade.
