§ 92.06 NOTICE TO TOWN UPON ISSUANCE.
   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade or picketing permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy of such permit to the following persons:
   (A)   The Town Administrator;
   (B)   The Town Attorney; and
   (C)   The Town Director of Public Works.
