142.03 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE.

Pursuant to Section 6.03(7), the Director of Public Service shall be responsible for the construction, improvement, inspection, repair, maintenance and operation of the cemeteries. The Cemetery Board shall act in an advisory capacity to the Director of Public Service and to the Mayor concerning the operation and maintenance of the Village cemeteries.
