927.06 MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION TO COMPLY WITH STATE STANDARDS.

No person, being the owner of land upon which there is a waste water treatment plant shall maintain or continue the operation of a plant which is not operating in accordance with standards established by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and adopted by Section 927.03.
