926.24 TESTING.
   (a)   Industrial wastes discharged into the public sewers shall be subject to periodic inspection with a determination of character and concentration of such wastes. The owner shall be responsible for the collection and testing of the aforementioned samples.
   (b)   Samples shall be collected in such a manner as to be representative of the composition of the wastes. The sampling shall be accomplished by the use of automatic sampling equipment capable of collecting composite samples.
   (c)   All measurements, tests and analyses of the characteristics of wastes to which reference is made in this chapter shall be determined in accordance with the latest edition of "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater", published by the American Health Association, unless such standards conflict with regulations promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under 40 CFR 136 - "Guidelines Establishing Test Procedures for the Analysis of Pollutants", in which case, the regulations promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency shall govern. Sampling methods, location, times, duration and frequencies shall be determined on an individual basis subject to approval by the Village, NEORSD or the duly authorized representative.
