The funds received from the collection of the charges authorized by this chapter shall be deposited with the Director of Finance and shall be known as the Sewer Revenue Fund and Sewer Replacement Fund. When appropriated by Council, the Sewer Revenue Fund shall be available for the payment of costs and expenses of the management, maintenance and operation of the Wastewater Treatment Works and the Replacement Fund shall be available for replacement costs of the Wastewater Treatment Works.
