1541.04 SAFETY RELIEF DEVICES AND PRESSURE CONTROL VALVES.
   The safety relief devices and pressure control valves shall be approved by the American Insurance Association and either marked or listed as approved. The valves and devices shall be protected by cabinets or hoods to prevent tampering or damaging any part of the system. There shall be a shut-off valve, located on the outside of the building, which is easily accessible.

1541.05 MARKING CARGO VEHICLES.
   Every tank vehicle used for the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas shall be marked on each side and the rear thereof, on a sharply contrasting background, with "FLAMMABLE COMPRESSED GAS" or "FLAMMABLE GAS" in block letters at least three inches high, and in block letters at least two inches high, "LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS" or "BUTANE" or "PROPANE" as appropriate.

1541.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or fails to comply therewith is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. The application of the above penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
