975.02 PAYMENT SCHEDULE.

Each occupant or the owner or tenant of such household shall pay in advance in installments as determined by the Director of Public Service to the City the fees imposed pursuant to Section 975.01. Billings shall be mailed on a schedule to be determined by the Director and will be included as part of the water and sewer billings.
