919.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for any subsequent offense.

(b) These penalty provisions are in addition to the civil reimbursement process set forth in this chapter. Each calendar day for which the violation persists constitutes a separate offense.
