511.01 MANUFACTURERS, WHOLESALERS, SHIPPERS, PURCHASERS, EXHIBITORS, FEES, PROHIBITIONS, ENFORCEMENT, AND APPLICABILITY.

All manufacture, purchase, use, permits to use, exhibition, or any matter whatsoever pertaining to fireworks as defined by Ohio R.C. 3743.01 shall comply with the rules and regulations as prescribed by Ohio R.C. 3743.01 to 3743.99.
