374.06 LIGHTS AND REFLECTORS ON MOTORIZED BICYCLES; BRAKES.
   (a)   Every motorized bicycle when in use at the time specified in Section 337.02 shall be equipped with a light on the front that shall emit a white light visible from a distance of at least 500 feet to the front and with a red reflector on the rear of a type approved by the Director of Highway Safety. It shall be visible from all distances for 100 feet to 600 feet to the rear when directly in front of lawful lower beam headlights on a motor vehicle and a light emitting a red light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear. It shall be used in addition to the rear reflector.
   (b)   Every motorized bicycle shall be equipped with adequate brakes when used on the street or on the highways

374.07 RIDING MOTORIZED BICYCLE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY: OBEDIENCE TO Traffic RULES: PASSING.
   Every person operating a motorized bicycle upon a roadway shall operate the motorized bicycle within three feet of the right edge of the roadway.

374.08 CONTROL AND SPEED.
   No person shall operate a motorized bicycle:
   (a)   Without both hands upon the handle grips except when necessary to give the required hand and arm signals or as provided in Section 374.02 (d).
   (b)   At a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under conditions then existing.
   (c)   Upon the streets or highways at a speed exceeding twenty miles per hour.
